I'm not in any way claiming I don't like stud post because I like them just fine. The statement I will make is the results a person gets out of regular lead post batteries is directly proportional to the maintenance they are given. Since I started using Noco battery terminal protector, the connections look as pristine as the day I put it on. Get the cables and ends cleaned properly with a good cleaner, spray the protector on after installing. I give the terminals a light coating every oil change and they stay looking like new.
