| I don't have any problems per se with post top batteries, I keep them cleaned up and use some purple spray on protectant but the stud tops are just so much more convenient. Every battery takes a 9/16 wrench, don't have to worry about cable ends cracking and not getting or staying tight, don't need a pair of clamp spreader pliers when changing batteries etc. Stud batteries are just smarter and I see no reason why oems are still using them on new stuff.
Anything getting new batteries here that the cables look questionable get changed over to stud tops with zero hesitation. | |
