I think your concerns about a compaction layer are spot on. You would basically be doing tillage in muddy ground IMO
I agree, this is about the worst situation possible to use a high speed disk type tool. I know the manure doesn't have time to soak in but it's still a horrible idea imo. Also most dragline systems move quite slow, can't see a terradisk working at all well at low speeds even with not looking for a seedbed finish behind the tool especially mixing in liquid manure. |
