Subject: Pottinger Terradisc on a Dragline system??

Vermont
I have a friend that is considering purchasing a Pottinger Terradisc setup with a dragline splash pan manure system. Does anyone have any thoughts or seen this before? They are laying down 10-12k gallons of dairy manure in front of the tool. I wonder if anyone has seen this or can think of why this might be a great or terrible idea. My concern is that tool generally puts in a compaction layer right below the seed bed and if the soil is wet it might make it worse. I also have concerns about how long it will take the soil to dry if you are putting the manure shallower and wider vs. shank type tool bars that put the manure in the soil deeper but leaving some of the soil undisturbed.
