Subject: RE: Sunlight and length of life

Cleburne TX
I'm a redhead so sunburn was always a problem. However I never wore a hat and always short selves, weather permitting. A fair part of the year in WI called for more clothes.
Now since on a mostly animal based diet I don't get sunburn, nice pick but no burn. Now I don't expose for all day but for 2 or 3 hours no problem.
The benefits of a good diet just keep coming.
Weight loss, better memory, arthritis almost not noticeable, and easy meal preparation. Wife and I eat two meals a day usually around 11 and 5.
