S Illinois | Mexico has not had import restrictions(yet)on animal feed yellow corn which is 99% of the US exports to Mexico. Those exports have been growing constantly and were not affected by the ban.
This is for the current ban they had for human consumption, with much of that being white. Exports to Mexico will change marginally this year and isn’t a market mover. But the ruling does give certainty to continued high export volume going forward.
