2 rows of 8, 2x4 across top of bottom cord gives a convenient mount and easy durable support for wiring.
I switched from "corn row" bulbs to these

While you're at it a couple of simple motion sensor controlled units at doorway(s) will help those unfamiliar with the building avoid stumbling around.
