Message?: Don't get sun burned. That is bad. Otherwise sun exposure is good. When your shadow is the length of your height, you can get more ultravilot A (good) and less ultravioet B (causes sunburn).



Just to point out (I know you know) UV B is not bad. It is used by our bodies to make Vitamin D when conditions are right. A very good thing when we use a little prudence.
