Go ahead. You first.

Don't do crop insurance.

EU units are dirt cheap for 75%. Too cheap not to use for cat type event.

R u going to come pull tanks for me Monday.

I pay myself every year into a separate account for the exact same amount of what crop insurance would cost (well close enough I round it up to the nearest thousand). been doing this for decades. I have way past a years income in that account. I am effectively self insured. I burn out, I have that covered. I don't (and in all the years I have done this there would have only been one year where we burnt out enough to cover the cost of the premium), well, I have enough money squirreled away for a nice little vacation house in Greece.

Insurance companies have it figured out how the amount they charge you in the long run is always going to win for them. Who am I to think I am smarter than they are.

You do you, I don't care. But this self righteous "you go first hurrdurr" is tiresome, because I already have.

Now.

How the heck does this tie in with me "pulling tanks" for you Monday?
