From what I recall last I looked into it a handful of years ago, Cass Clay and Land o Lakes here wanted something like 48 hours or less from cow to jug. Jug to shelf...who knows. I do find it interesting how we have better expiration dates 200 miles away from Cass Clay than Hornbachers in Fargo has.
