This post makes more sense than any.
My family never milked cows but even the sound of "warm" pure milk doesn't excite me in the least.
As far as it being in glass jugs, what other choices wd there have been?
Wdnt be stainless steel and cardboard wasn't that popular then.
So were they really used to preserve the "taste?" Just asking.
