Subject: Sunlight and length of life

Pittsburg, Kansas
A Doctors to Trust clipit of one of Dr Paul Mason's longer presentations. This is about the amount of sun exposure a person gets and its health implications. 21 minutes long filled with charts from results of scientific studies and when to get the "best" exposure.

Message?: Don't get sun burned. That is bad. Otherwise sun exposure is good. When your shadow is the length of your height, you can get more ultravilot A (good) and less ultravioet B (causes sunburn).

As usual, sometimes the comments are "interesting".

The last two or three minutes are the summary of the presentation if you only want that.
