Nebraska aka the boondocks | The mud has been there our entire lives. Any opportunity to grow our way out of it, is constantly denied. Just think about the notion, allowing year around e15 sales. Who could argue that, well some here of course, to just give people the chance to buy and sell it. It shouldn’t take much math to figure out what is the better deal. More demand, a better price, or more indenturetude.
