S Illinois | FDI is what US companies/investors do when they build manufacturing plants, open offices and do any type of physical business in a foreign country. That’s not the US government.
Edit. FDI is pure capitalism and it’s because the investors see opportunity. It has nothing to do with supporting Brazil or building them up over the US.
