I think you mean induction. I have no personal experience with it yet but have a friend who would have nothing else. She says unlike an electric cooktop, when you turn it down it responds immediately. Pots and pans are relatively inexpensive that are compatible if you shop around, much less than most green parts! And you use them for years!
