Northeast Louisiana | Several years ago when working at a fertilizer plant, we had a farmer wanted to borrow a pretty new fertilizer tank trailer to haul his water and put his 2,4-D mixed inside the said fertilizer tank. Basically to keep his ground sprayer moving pretty fast with quick refills. He was told no, that he could not. He kinda got peeved and couldn’t understand why. I guess some people are just plain stupid. Now, what if another farmer was fertilizing his cotton with a contaminated tank? It would be something similar to the original post and probably more devastating. | |
