Only you know the actual answer, but I will say this. I'm all for doing whatever anybody wants to do on their own land, that's why we own it. That being said, my house is ~1500 feet away from bin site with a small hill blocking view of the lower 1/3rd of the bins and fans, I've got 2X6 walls and it's still plenty loud. I can even hear the dryer cycling.
