| I've been "renting" an old dairy farm, currently using one of the barns as a feedlot. Its a 100'x40' 3 Sided Barn with concrete lot and feed bunks out front.
Everything was run down when I first started, I put up fence and fixed everything. I have an agreement with the owners that my expenses to fix and repair will offset my future rent.
What would be a fair rent per head for a set up like this?
