So I don’t need a permit for my electric fences, but now I need to post that they’re electric fences?

I figured the no trespassing signs (that are worthless because the county won’t do anything) would cover it

This is a prohibition on prohibitions at the local level. So most of us continue on with business as usual, but farmers in areas with a current prohibition would then be limited by no more than the what is outlined in HB 2154.

P.S. I read the bill and it passed with amendments that the signs need to be 30' apart.
