NW KS | Since you have replaced the sensor and cable what about the navII plug for the override sensor? Any chance that the wire right at the plug may have been damage? My suggestion would be to look very close right at the back of the plug or pull the wedge and release the pins from the plug so you can inspect them. If you take the plug apart just make sure you know where all the pins go. Low voltage says to me a bad connection or break somewhere. Bench test sounds right to me. A half volt on a pressure traducer is saying zero psi and 4.5 would be saying max pressure. Zero volts (under .3) means there is a break and a full 5 volts means wires are touching that aren't supposed too. | |
