Definitely appears to be skewed to the anti-meat side. My doctor is one that advises everything in moderation. Red meat is fine, just don't eat it everyday. Watch the sugar and the salt and don't deep fry everything. Pretty simple really. Live your life and enjoy what you enjoy but be smart about it. I do believe that those who think they can have a juicy hamburger for lunch and a big steak for supper with a baked potato slathered in butter and sour cream every day or even a few times a week are in for a rude awakening some day. No more so than those who live on processed foods and junk though. Either one is going to eventually cause issues.


Very scientific focused information based on established scientific studies presented by a researcher.

Saturated fat is very unlikely to be a problem. It is the polyunsaturated fats that are more likely to be the problem. Exactly opposite of what we have been told/sold for the last 50 years.
