| I found a Politics area here. I posted a question on BOI Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting. In political area. I left it open. I hit refresh. I do not have ability to go into. I go to main forum list. It’s GONE. I did not think to take screen shot.
Is asking about an unconstitutional requirement not allowed? *I did not use that term in original post*

I just checked with our accountant this past week about BOI reporting. For now, nobody has to do it. If the Department of the Treasury gets their way after an appeal in the court system, it will need to happen, but since we ar not an LLC, we don't have to. She told me this was originally put in place as a Homeland Security requirement for LLC's. If you're not an LLC, no need to do it. Merry Christmas End quote.
