Drink club soda. My son was to have kidney stone removal surgery and was recommended by a friend to drink club soda. He drank club soda over the next several weeks. He drinks more every other month since then. No problems since 2019. Good luck. 8 years ago I had a small stone (4mm) pass and that was painful. I drink club soda on occasion.
