SESD | beerseller is correct about Integras. Once the data has been downloaded and it's 30 days past that, if you press the Export Data button you get the "There is no new data to export" message and there is no way I know of to get it back. Finding the thumbdrive it was downloaded to is the only hope.
They changed this for InCommands. Once data is downloaded it can't be downloaded again by pressing the Export Data button like normal. If you try that you'll still get the "no new data" message. For InCommands that message means the data has been exported to a thumbdrive OR to Agfiniti if you have an Essentials license.
In the advanced settings on InCommands you can select export all log files. This will be everything the display has ever logged, or at least since it had it's memory cleared I believe. It takes a bit longer to download but it's there. These log files can be downloaded to a thumbdrive or to Agfiniti.
The InCommands can also send data wirelessly to the Agfiniti Mobile App on an iPad but it is not the same as exporting data to a thumbdrive so it shouldn't affect the export data process. | |
