Pittsburg, Kansas | I keep a bottle in the pantry and when I think about it will take a pill a day for several days in a row as a preventative. Two or three times a year. Basically when ever I think of it or hear someone on here is having problems, LOL. No specific schedule.
I have bought several bottles and given them to friends who were having problems. Never heard back if they took them or if they helped. Probably went in the trash! LOL It is their body and their perogative which is the only way to have it. | |
