I can answer some questions for you.
1) Autonomous tractors will require a StarFire 7500 receiver on SFRTK per all communications from Deere.
2) Maybe, maybe not. DigiFarm and SFRTK have two different sets of base corrections. So most likely switching between the two will shift your boundaries and lines. It could be 1" it could be 10 feet. We have SF6000's on our bases. There was coordinate differences when we switched from tower network to SFRTK mapping a static point. Example below. We mapped 50 different static points from 13 towers, some were better, some were worse.
SF-RTK Lat- 42.47002477
Lon- -88.42647220
Alt- 943.330
Tower Lat- 42.47002449
Lon- -88.42647216
Alt- 943.037
3)

If you have no plans to switch from Digifarm then I wouldn't bother mapping on SFRTK as you said, your lines don't match. I'm sure in 1-3-7 years, If/When Autonomous tractors are more popular Deere will have other requirements for them not yet mentioned. And as of right now Deere only has a 5 year repeatability guarantee on SFRTK. They can look at your date of boundary creation and maybe if its not in that 5 year window they may not be useable anyway for autonomy? I've been telling my customers, "unless your Autonomous tractor is 1 or 2 years away, don't worry about Autonomous boundaries."
