My favorite way to eat a steak is fried in butter on cast iron, put maybe a quarter cup of butter on pan and keep the temperature right below the smoke point
My wife started doing steaks like this she cuts them in bite size cubes and fries them up in a cast iron pan just so the outside edges are brown. I think it is my new favorite way. It is quick and it seems like there is less of a chance of over cooking them. |
I want or need to roast sirloin in the oven
