I have relatives that eat nothing but garbage and they all have a laundry list of medical conditions. Always sucking back on a soft drink as well. Genetics, their near identical to me and I've been on low carb diet for 3 ish years. Almost 50 and zero medical issues. BP is in the 75-115 range but with white coat syndrome it'll go up to 95/180... lol.
