30# in three months, I would not complain.

From what I understand weight does not always come off evenly. Give it some time. You didn't put it all on in a month or two. It is not going to come off instantly.

The good news is that the first fat to come off is the visceral fat. The dangerous fat in and around your organs. So you have already improved your health by a bunch. The fat that will jiggle, the subcutaneous fat, is not really very unhealthy. It is just stored groceries waiting to be utilized. Of course the extra weight is not so good on your joints and such, but otherwise it is healthy fat. Just unsightly for most.
