I already tried tightening the allen head screw. The clamp part that the screw pulls together doesn't have any clearance left, that's why I wondered if the washer was supposed to be a bellville washer. Looks like I'll have to take it apart and look at the bushing/etc, might have to take a cutoff wheel and open up the part that clamps together. Thanks for your help.
