E ND | You're getting a lot of good agronomic advice here, but I'll try to answer your question on equipment. Suggestions for implements for that smaller size tractor would be the following if you're in the new or new-new market. Older makes/models of similar size would also work obviously.
LandPride DH3510 (10') or DH3515 (15') Disc Harrow - Built about right for a smaller tractor, notched front blades and adjustable gang positions will make it pretty flexible for your situation.
Unverferth Perfecta Field Cultivator - 3-point field cultivator, comes in a variety of widths and choice of shovels depending on width and leveling device in the back. 10-12' wide with wide shovels and a rolling basket would be ideal for you.
