NW Missouri | Normally FSA does not get yields.
It does occasionally happen for some disaster programs, like WHIP or SURE a few years back, but those are the exception. FSA does not normally have access to yields. There is even a shared database between FSA and crop insurance for acreage reporting, type of insurance policy, etc. It does not have yields in it.
To the OPs question - you own the farm so you should have access to everything in the folder, in my opinion. But you may find offices that won't share stuff like acreage reports if your name isn't on them (like if you rent it all out). I personally think that is BS, but technically they are probably right.
Bottom line, if you are to this point, find a new tenant. | |
