Palestine Illinois | My uncle acquired a house like this with a farm he bought. It was a neat old house, but it would take a lot of work to end up with an old house. One of his friends walked through it with him. When they got done with the tour, the friend said “ take a picture and toss a match in it”. It was brutal advice, but in that case it was the best advice. And ultimately that is what happened.
