Nash County, NC | My wife has interest in us selling our house and buying a different. The house she is interested in was build before 1940. It’s really unknown when it was actually built. There have been some updates but somethings are still old The windows are single pain on a cable system. The switches are push button, not flip switch. The walls are plaster.
For those who live or have lived in one of these houses, educate me. Are they as bad as some of the reputations for being drafty, everything being difficult to fix or is it not that bad.
