Not sure how this is relevant. Freight quoted is from origination port to China. I imagine like truckers they would like to get a back-haul, but suspect some part of the journey maybe empty. The journey may have more destination ports between China and back to origination port.

Edit: Quoted freight is for Panamax size ship.
