Southeast Colorado | Isn't that the GRIP insurance? Maybe it doesn't exist now. It was substantially abused in this outlaw country.
The one thing I didn't like about it, as a legitimate farmer, is that it used NASS for yields. I picked out a couple of past years and looked at the dryland corn yield for our county..........and it was WAY too high. Therefore I knew if they did that to us again, it would not have paid out very well. It would have been too risky for me, where crop failure risk is pretty high.
