Osborne KS | We were all sorghum this yr. We told ourselves burn down across all acres march into April. 3-4 total spray trips. No fall 23yr fall applications.
1st spray 8 and 8 24d dicamba 24 oz round up with 2 oz valor 10gpa All acres
2nd spray 24oz paraquat and 12 oz outlook at 12gpa on about 25% of acres with worst pigweed pressure 8-12 days before plant
3rd spray at plant 80 oz bicep 24oz paraquat 4oz Callisto 15-20gpa
4th spray 40 oz accetachlor post over the top of crop.
Very pleased with fields that had heavier pigweed pressure in past. Plan on doing 2nd burn down with outlook forward till problem with pig weeds is better or stopped.
