Subject: Concrete wall sharing heat and nonheated


whitesville new york
Framing up utility room for new barn. Told my dad what my plan for the shared wall was. Got told I was dumb wanting to Frame wall and spray foam like the other 3 walls.

He wants to just throw plywood over hole and leave concrete wall bare. Wall is 4ft high, 10 in thick. I feel the wall will be frosty and condensation galore in the winter months and loosing alot of heat.

What direction would you go?
