Even if you value your time at zero you won’t be able to build a sprayer cheaper than you can buy one.
500 gallon 45’ sprayers are a dime a dozen on auctions. $1000 will buy lots of very usable sprayers of that size. $2000-$3000 will buy one a real nice one with a hyd pump and a rate controller.
