Only thing I read is that once you hit your target weight, you have to continue with a maintenance dose or you put the weight back and then some. Sounds like the lap-band surgery that was supposedly the sure fire weight loss trick 20 years ago... of the 5 or 6 folks I know that did that, at least half of them are bigger now than before they did the surgery. What I have seen with family members over the years is that loss of gained weight that wasn't caused by medications/medical conditions has to be a lifestyle change, otherwise it won't last.
