nc ks | Deere is in the mode of 'what is the maximum we can extract from the customer and what is the least we have to pay for manufacture regardless of quality' mode. That is just business, but it is based more on ceo windfalls and shareholder profits than just sound 'make some money as we move forward' type business that is more sustainable. To be fair, the American union worker has a lot of fault in manufacturers moving over seas. They have allowed union leadership to ask for maximum extraction with the least work and can't be fired for poor performance. | |
