We have a neighbor that plants his sileage corn on 15s, if he has more than enough feed he gets us to combine and dry the rest. Usually just split the rows same direction as planting, keep header high and slow the ground speed a bit. It's heck on the eyes as the plants are whipping back and forth but seems to do a good job gathering. Certainly not ideal but it does work when in a pinch.
