Will disagree with that, you wrap a pork tenderloin in bacon and then smoke it can't get much better. I have do like at tenderloin ran through a tender riser and then grilled too. Iowa Chop, America's cut, grilled tenderised pork loin or tenderloin all are good, but them I am biased as a former pork producer and on the county board for over 15 years
