Thanks for pointing that out!

Wife just went and looked and it is the loin that she gets at Sam's often times and we have one now. We also have gotten the tenderloins and they usually get cut into pork chop sizes and grilled. Both her and I really didn't know the difference and should have!  I think she always just recognized what she had in her hands and the best way to prepare it by experience. I know we have had both many times. Just never paid that much attention.

I had to look it up! I am more into the consumption side rather than the preparation side of things. Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks! Now if I can just remember what I learn.................
