SW WI		Loins are very good food value for your dollar.

Favorite of mine is cajun seasoning.

Buy a big loin, cut it into meal size portions and freeze the rest.

It will be some go to meals during harvest. Throw in crock pot in morning, season how we want and ready at night with minimal other prep.
