We do have a very nice service man about 35 miles away who is very honest in his assessment and repairs.  Super nice guy.  Thank you Lord. 

I can do most repairs myself, if possible, I try. 

Dad, could never wait for any service person.  He did all his own elec., plumbing, carpentry, welding, concrete, ect.  Taught me a lot.  Use it all the time.  Thanks Dad. 

He always said, " You have to marry the man's sister to get him to come out."  Actually he was just impatient.
