| I am beginning to think that any of the so-called diets that are promoted on youtube has to be better than the way most people eat. I try to visit my uncle and aunt about once a month. I was there yesterday and she forgot to take her Insulin shot before lunch and passed out and he called 911. 8 or 9 first responders showed up and only the first 2 weren't badly overweight. Later at the hospital about 2/3 of the employees there were way too heavy. If people who see the effects of being overweight daily are themselves overweight.... | |
