chortitz, manitoba | Was pretty heavy boozer the last 9 years. Had more through the covid era since at home or someone else's place with public places all closed off. Pretty much quit at seeding time in April. Had a couple beer since but not many. Sleep exponentially better. Like I used to in my teens. Now I'm wide awake and not drowzy at all through the course of the entire day. Took a good month of abstinence to really feel the effects of zero alcohol. Pot of tea in the evening replaces the booze. Could never understand how people go to bed so early and get up so early but now that's me.
Evening food consumption will greatly affect quality of sleep. No sugars or starches. | |
