deep SW On. | Idk your age ,I just turned 72 last month and with no alcohol I have terrible dreams anymore . Like you I wake up ,cannot go back to sleep.
Use to just dream of pretty women ,now its a lot farm related. Had to load 2 truck loads of beans early last week and dreamt that when loading I was pulling out some treated seed beans..
Going through a farm succession deal , + elderly parent, sick family member + kids/grandkids . Wish I could just sleep like I used for 8 hrs. straight. I tell the wife I wish I had 0 dreams. And snoring more, alcoholakes snoring worse. Idk if cpap machine would help (which I don't want) .Fall asleep instantly when going in bed.
Maybe its 50 yrs. of feeding hogs give the nightmares ,insecurities ,bad news/wars/politics...Not what I thought I would be feeling at my age. Health is good.
