| I would say that you are spot on with your observations!
The more strict that I stay on Carnivore, the better I feel and the easier it is.
Eating out and other social affairs are indeed hard and sometimes I win, and sometimes I don't.
Sugar addiction is real and that alone can cause the hangry feelings.
A friend of a friend works for a big food company that makes ready to heat meals. Her job is working on one sauce, on one of the meals, and to make the sauce as addictive as possible!!!!
Homemade bread, etc., from whole ingredients, seems to lower the addiction trigger points unless sugar is added.
If I drink a Diet Coke, it now has a horrible metallic taste. But back when I drank it all of the time, it went down just fine... | |
